Have you ever thought you would like to go back into history and live like our forefathers?

Well – believe you me – you better wish, hope and pray that you never do!

Being in the Agrarian Age is a living hell after participating in the Information Age.

God, how I wish I could go back! I was in the wrong place, at the wrong time, and I found myself swept back to the 19th Century.

Over the course of 18 years of being lost in time, I have been beaten, jailed and nearly lynched.

The woman of my dreams left me. I have been called “the Devil Incarnate” by local religious leaders. I am now shunned by society.

I can’t take it anymore. I’ve had enough!

I leave my story as my legacy and a warning to those who wish to travel back into time.

Don’t even think about it.

It can come true.

About Civil War Reflections

Vernon has been a Civil War buff since childhood, but had been inactive in Civil War history for over two decades. However, in the early 1990s his interest was rekindled after watching Ken Burns’ “Civil War Documentary” on PBS. He particularly became interested in the Battle of Antietam (Sharpsburg) and decided to learn more about this epic struggle.
